Jackson Hospital is committed to the River Region community as we stand on the frontlines fighting against COVID-19. Keeping patients healthy and safe is central to our mission. The Jackson Hospital staff remain consistent in year-round emergency preparedness training; as our protocols to care for patients ensures the safety of hospital staff, visitors and the community.

Regular Visiting Hours
8am to 9pm

Critical Care Units
Each patient is allowed two visitors for 30 minutes. The critical care waiting rooms open 15 minutes prior to each visitation time. Visitors are not permitted to stay between visitation times unless under special circumstances.

Cardiac Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care
Visits are limited to 30 minutes at 10am, 1pm, 4pm, and 8pm

Cardiovascular Intensive Care
Visits are limited to 30 minutes at 10am, 2pm, 5pm, and 9pm


COVID-19 vaccinations are now available at the Jackson Apothecary in Prattville. Click here to schedule your appointment.
