Physician Portal Connector

1. Click here to download the Jackson Hospital JOE/Physician Portal Connector

2. The File Download Dialogue Box will appear. Select save.

3. The Save as Dialogue box will appear. Save to desktop (download will start).

4. Download dialogue box will appear, once download is complete, select close.

5. Go to desktop and double click on Setup folder.

6. Within the Setup Dialogue Box, double click Setup.

7. The connector 1.0 setup box appears. Select next.

8. Choose default install location by selecting install (this process could take a several minutes) once installed click Finish.

9. The connector prompt will appear. Type in your username and password. Within the Jackson Hospital Connector, go to options and select Auto Launch Portal .

10. To disconnect from Portal, locate icon () in bottom right of system tray and click disconnect.

Note

Only one VPN instance can be connected, so to access other VPN connections please disconnect from the Jackson Hospital Connector.
