Patient Representatives

At Jackson Hospital we are committed to providing superior healthcare in a safe, compassionate environment. We try to make every patient’s hospital visit pleasant, but if you have concerns, there are steps in place to help you. 

If you have concerns about your care while you were in the hospital please let us know as soon as possible. You may call 293-8968 to speak confidentially with a patient representative or you may send your comments by email. On weekends and after 4:30 pm weekdays, dial "O" for the hospital operator and ask to speak with the house supervisor on duty. For concerns that the hospital cannot resolve you may contact the Joint Commission by calling the Office of Quality Monitoring at 800-994-6610.

All concerns will be treated with confidentiality whenever possible and handled in a timely manner.
