Patient Representatives

At Jackson Hospital we are committed to providing superior healthcare in a safe, compassionate environment. We try to make every patient’s hospital visit pleasant, but if you have concerns, there are steps in place to help you. 

We have patient representatives on staff to assist you with any concerns you may have. Our goal is to handle a complaint at the time it happens. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, have any questions regarding our hospital, would like information on an advance directive or simply would like to compliment a particular individual on a job well done, please feel free to contact a patient representative at 334-293-8712 or 293-8968.

All concerns will be treated with confidentiality whenever possible and handled in a timely manner. After 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday and on the weekends, the operator can page the house supervisor. You may also contact the State Agency Division of Health Care Facilities at 800-356-9596.
