How do I access the My Hospital Card benefits?
Access to all benefits is included with your membership. Just follow the instructions provided when calling any of the services listed in this directory. Some vendors will ask for the special discount code listed with their discount and/or to see your membership card, so be sure to have them ready when you call or visit.
How can I get the most up-to-date information for new merchants?
New merchant information will be added to our online directory on a regular basis. This information can be accessed by members only through our website at www.jackson.org/myhospital.
What happens if my address changes?
You can update your membership information by calling 1-800-509-5699.
How do I get a replacement card?
A new card can be mailed to you by calling the “My Hospital Card” member center at 1-800-509-5699 or 334-293-8961.
What do I do if I have trouble accessing my benefits?
If you need assistance in accessing a discount, or have questions regarding benefits and discounts provided through the program, please call the member center at 1-800-509-5699 or 334-293-8961.
When will I receive my cardmember materials?
You should receive your My Hospital membership card and membership packet via mail within 3-4 weeks. If you haven’t received your materials after this time, please call our member center at 800-509-5699 or 334-293-8961.
What if I’m unhappy with my membership?
We want you to be fully satisfied with you’re My Hospital card membership. If for any reason you are not pleased, please contact us at 334-293-8961 or 334-293-8961. . Unfortunately refunds are not available on My Hospital card memberships.
